Welcome to BIFROST.
Like the mythological Norse bridge of rainbows to Valhalla from which we take our name, Bifrost Films connects viewers through a bridge of cinematic light to realms of the uncanny, the fantastic, the abject, and the beautiful.
Patrick and Krista Sheehan's Wedding | 11/19/09
My dear friends Paddy and Krista are newlyweds. Have a look at the wedding video I made for them: Wedding Video .
I've been on a bit of a hiatus from the website as I've been working hard on my big sci fi / action / horror series, The Circle. The episodes are now airing once every two weeks as we continue production with the last two; you can watch them at the website: www.thecirclefilm.com .
The 5-part series, recently completed for the Acting For Camera class, Summer 2009, with Lowry Marshall, is now finished! Since it was an experiment and a learning experience (and done in 2 weeks flat - with a very limited production schedule!) there are rough spots, especially concerning the sound, which didn't always come out on our boom, but the kids did a great job and deliver some interesting performances. Check outM .

We got bored and decided to make a movie, undeterred by our complete lack of script or plan, quickly failing light, and my camera battery dying before we could manage a climax or conclusion. But hot girls in bikinis beat each other up and that's enough for me.

Hrm. Feedback form is now active. Feedback of all kinds appreciated. I'll be tagging this onto the bottom of future uploads. Drop me a line here.
So about a week ago I decided to write a web novella, based on a dream I had. I've also decided to post the chapters as I write them, rather than wait for some ambiguous and ghostly editing process in the future. This way, those of you who actually take the time to read it can give me dynamic feedback before it's done, which I'll horde in the event that the fabled editing does occur. Rather than aspire to the esoteric arts of high literature, this one's going to be fun and trashy, and I'll hope it finds its poetry somewhere along the line. I've posted the first two chapters as I currently write the third. You can read them here.
The House That Jack Built | 12/19/08
Consolidation of old material continues; slow trickle (also speaking robotically, due in probability to Rorschach influence from Watchmen). Check out my furthest excursion into Flash animation if you haven't seen it: The House That Jack Built.
I've been having some infernal indigestion of late.
